1. Who can use Reel Radar

You must be at least 21 years old, and old enough to gamble legally where you live. You’re responsible for following the gambling laws that apply to you and the rules of any casino you visit.

2. What Reel Radar is — and isn’t

• Reel Radar is an information and community site. We don’t offer gambling, take wagers, or sell anything related to gambling.
• Machine locations, jackpot meters, volatility ratings, bonus features and wins are reported by players. Casinos move and remove machines often, so information may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm on the casino floor.
• Nothing on the site is a prediction or a promise of how a machine will pay. Slot outcomes are random.
• Reel Radar isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any casino or game manufacturer. Game titles, casino names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

3. Play responsibly

Gambling should be entertainment. Set limits and never chase losses. Many states also run their own helplines.

4. Your account

Keep your devices and email secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Choose a username that isn’t offensive or misleading and doesn’t impersonate someone else. Tell us at support@reelradarslots.com if you think your account has been compromised.

5. What you post

You keep ownership of the content you post (sightings, photos, comments, video links and so on). By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt (for example resize a photo) and share it on Reel Radar and in promoting the site. This license ends when you delete the content, except where it has been shared with others or we must keep it for legal or safety reasons. Factual reports — like a machine’s location or a meter reading — become part of the shared database and may remain after you leave.

When you post, you promise that:

• It’s accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you have the right to share it.
• Photos follow the casino’s rules. Many casinos limit photography — respect staff instructions.
• It doesn’t show other people’s faces, player-club cards, ID, ticket barcodes or other personal information without permission.
• It isn’t illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or spam, and doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.

6. Things you can’t do

• Post fake sightings, wins or meter readings, or manipulate votes, reputation or rankings (including with multiple accounts).
• Promote illegal gambling, cheating devices, or ways to tamper with machines.
• Advertise or solicit without our permission.
• Scrape, copy or bulk-download the site’s data, or use bots, except through features we provide.
• Interfere with the site’s security or operation, or access accounts or areas you’re not allowed to.

7. Moderation

We and our volunteer moderators may review, edit (for example merge duplicates or fix a location), hide or remove any content, and may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm the community, with or without notice. You can flag content you think breaks the rules. You can stop using Reel Radar at any time and ask us to delete your account.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on Reel Radar infringes your copyright, email support@reelradarslots.com with: your contact details; the work you believe is infringed; a link to the content; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you’re the owner or authorized to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature. We’ll remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

9. Links to other sites

Reel Radar links to and embeds content from other services, such as YouTube videos and casino websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

Reel Radar is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any information is correct.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any gambling losses, lost profits, travel costs or data, arising from your use of Reel Radar or reliance on its information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising from content you post or your violation of these terms or the law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new date at the top and, for significant changes, give notice on the site or by email. Continuing to use Reel Radar after changes take effect means you accept them.
